Requirements for Complaint Submission

Customers or public can submit complaints by submitting official letter to PT Jamkrida Jateng, accompanied by :
- Informer's identity or proxy's identity (for those represented)
- Description/chronology of complaints
- Supporting documents

If the requested data/document is not met within no later than 20 business days from the date of notice, then, the complaint is considered canceled.
